LastMeeting: The meeting noted the passing of Stewart Whicker's mother on Tuesday20 March. Condolences to Stewart and Michelle on their loss. Meeting resolved to make a donation to ARHRFin her memory.

Discussionon the Pubs Australia Golf Day which is similar to the Holden Scramble.

Keirandid an impersonation of the Secretary and dealt with lots of rivetingcorrespondence.

Therewas also some discussion on whether all formalities had been completedregarding the beneficiary of the Golf Day. Confirmation letters were in train and Peter would liaise with School toensure we have a list of its needs.

PresidentJim reported the conclusion of Bowel Scan project and that all kits and returnswere being finalized.

The venue is the Winbourne Conference & Retreat Centre (ChristianBrothers), Mulgoa Road, Mulgoa. Don't have a map but the directions are toturn into the stone gates that are opposite the Settlers Restraurant which isjust south of the Mulgoa Village Centre.

Time is 7 for 7.30pm. BYO wine, beer & soft (tea/coffeeprovided)

Cost is approx $20 - $22 (depending on the menu of the day.)
